  3. Existing product upgrade or downgrade will not be refunded, user will be responsible for the action.
  4. Existing customer are not eligible to get Refund. Only 30 Days Refund Policy work for New Account Singup.
  5. If already have product and order new product then no refund policy work. only 10 days credit back guarantee in Wallet of TextraHost.
  6. No refund policy for: installation fee, VPS, dedicated servers, SSL certificates, Domain Registration/Renewal/Transfer,Addons(Dedicated IP),Hosting Renewals,Domain names and licenses or custom software installs.
  7. No refund will be made if our team not found any issue in your Hosting plan from our side.
  8. No refund will be made if your Service(s) is suspended (due to Email Abuse, Inappropriate, Illegal, Immoral, Malwares, Phising, Spamming Related Issues, Account Over-use) or terminated.
  9. There will be no Refunds if the customer Requested for Migration of service from other servers as it will have some admin works to perform the migration task.
  10. To get a Refund customer should create an cancellation request from the clientarea and open a ticket.The refund will be processed in 7 - 10 working days to your original Payment method or Asking for the Bank details from our end.
  11. No refund will be made if your Service(s) is suspended (due to Email Marketing/Email Abuse/Misuse of our service/Inappropriate/Illegal/Immoral/Account Over-use) or terminated.
  12. Refund will not be available on purchase from credit balance.
  13. If You Make dublicate account for participate in 30 Days Refund policy, We have full rights to Ban/Terminate your account or asking for Govt. ID verification.

2) Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Request: To cancel your service, you must submit a cancellation request through our customer support portal or by contacting our customer service team via phone or email.
  2. Renewals: If you do not wish to renew your service, you must submit a cancellation request at least 7 days prior to your renewal date. Failure to do so will result in automatic renewal of your service for the same term length.
  3. Account Access: Upon cancellation, your account and data will be removed from our servers within 24-48 hours. It is your responsibility to backup any data you wish to keep before the cancellation takes effect.
  4. Domain Names: Domain name registrations and transfers are non-refundable. If you cancel your service, you may choose to transfer your domain name to another registrar or allow it to expire.
